We start off your project with a one-on-one Strategy Workshop call to go over your homework and talk about your ideas, preferences and direction, diving deeper into your brand's story, ideal customer, and more to ensure we're on the same page from the start. Next, we establish your brand's visual inspiration and colour palette, cultivating the groundwork for your new brand identity.

Once the initial aesthetic direction is approved, we dive into market research and brainstorming logo concepts. Then we hop on a video call where we present the options and choose the design that will serve you best. If you’re on board for website design too, we then transition to the first stages of web development: website strategy, wire-framing and mockup design.

Website and collateral pieces and refine as needed. Your final brand identity is wrapped up into final files and delivered in our last call, complete with an in-depth guidebook to help you make the most of your new design assets. We design your social media launch graphics and create a launch plan to celebrate, then it’s time to introduce your new brand to the world!

Fast-track your design to-do list with a VIP Design Day. Book our undivided attention for a half or full day to accelerate the completion of your pressing design or web project (like a new sales page, brochure or ebook) or refresh your brand with new social media templates, marketing email sequence or updated SEO.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer individual logo designs, or any other individual brand assets. Our Brand Design packages are intended to provide you with an in-depth and versatile collection of design assets - founded on strategy - to meet all of your business’ marketing needs.

  • Once your project start date arrives, the process for brand-only development is approximately 4-6 weeks (or 6-8 weeks for more extensive projects). Our brand & web development process is around 12 weeks long. These time frames are a guide only, and also dependent on the client’s commitment to their own deadlines.

  • Yes! As a small business, we know cash flow is important and provide flexible payment plans to all of our clients. Due to the nature of our booking process, we do require an initial deposit to hold your spot on our calendar.

  • At this time, we do not offer ongoing, continual or retainer services. However, if you’re looking to complete a small design project, we offer a Designer Day instensive service. Enquire to find out more!

  • Of course! At Camellia Co, we believe that every client is unique and there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to brand and website needs. We can tailor your package to provide you with the elements that will serve you best.

  • Developing a brand identity for your business is an in-depth process that accounts for you and your business, your ideal client and current market trends to form an effective brand strategy. If that strategy allows us to include old brand assets or to reinvent them in a new way, we’ll take that into consideration.

  • At this time, Camellia Co is a one-woman-show led by Montana. Every client is served personally by Montana, from creative direction and brand development to web functionality and behind-the-scenes tasks. No project is ever outsourced or handled by an outside source without meticulous management and care. Your project is in good hands!

  • With experience designing across several website platforms, we believe Squarespace is the standout choice for most creative small businesses. Not only does Squarespace allow us to craft fully comprehensive and powerful designs, it’s incredibly user-friendly - meaning after handoff, you can rest assured that you have the tools and knowledge to manage your site without the need to learn code or install countless plugins.
